The role of an Enterprise Solutions Analyst – HRIS – is to manage, maintain, and support the use of BDS’ HRIS US and Canada environments. This role is responsible for 'owning' these systems and collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure that the platforms are properly supporting the needs of the organization. This role requires strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, as well as obsessive attention to detail. This role demands someone who is self-accountable and can work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- 'Own' and be responsible for organization-wide (US and Canada) HRIS (ADP) platforms
- Contribute to the strategic vision and planning for the use of ADP Workforce Now throughout the organization
- Partner with Human Resources, Onboarding, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, Analytics, Technology, and Field Operations to ensure that the implementation and configuration of ADP-related functionalities cohesively integrate through the organization's systems and processes
- Collaborate and partner cross-departmentally on various HRIS tasks and initiatives, including but not limited to, seamless ATS integration, accurate pay, tracking employee pay and costing, supporting IT and Analytics initiatives, and reporting supported by HRIS data and resources
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and configuration of all aspects of ADP to support the organization. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as required
- Serve as the key point of contact with ADP vendor on issues involving deficiencies and/or non-functional components of ADP Workforce Now that require ADP vendor intervention
- HRIS security master, ensure the security of BDS’ ADP platforms, and advise on security practices and concerns. Configuration and maintenance of Groups, roles/users, and assignment rules
- Provide advanced reporting, guidance on data from ADP and other systems. Construction, maintenance, and SME/consultant of custom reporting
- Support internal Analytics and Data Services teams with construction, scheduling, and maintenance/administration of MFT reports. Partner with internal Analytics team to develop reporting to support the organizations’ needs around ADP data
- Management and use of ADP environments, establish, define, and document processes/procedures for use and maintenance of environments
- Audit data and configuration to ensure the accuracy of data housed, maintained, and provided from BDS' ADP platforms
- Other duties as assigned by management
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Experience and Education:
- 4 - 7 years of experience administering all aspects of ADP Workforce Now (including Validation tables, policies, document cloud, security, workflows, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
- Understanding of Human Resources, Payroll, and basic Finance and Operations principles
- Possess an understanding of HR processes and laws/regulations
- Preferred experience managing ADP Workforce Now
- Preferred experience with database table design
