What We Are Looking For:
We are currently seeking full-time entry-level Biomedical Engineer in the Virtual Surgical Planning department. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing needs for acute trauma patients with injuries to the head and neck. Responsibilities include viewing medical imaging modalities, simulating surgical procedures, creating custom anatomical models and surgical guides, operating 3D printers, and finishing 3D printed medical devices in a high touch customer facing environment.
Successful candidates would be able to work in a fast-moving environment that may require them to adjust priorities at a moments notice. This role will be working closely clinician to create 3D printed surgical solutions for acute trauma which will be urgent and unpredictable in nature. This role will be a non-traditional working schedule to accommodate the clinical needs of these patients.
