Entry Level Billing and Collections Specialist | 2282

Location:

• Seattle, WA
• Training - In office
• After training - Hybrid

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send out a high volume of weekly/monthly invoices
• Weekly calls to customers to inquire about overdue balances, and assist them with processing their invoices
• Main contact for all billing inquiries from branch offices and clients
• Leading meetings/providing updates to assigned teams
• Complete weekly A/R reconciliations
• Perform other A/R and office duties such as answering phones, sorting/filing mail, etc.

Qualifications:

• Leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone
• Quickbooks/Excel skills desired but not required
