EchoStar has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Data Integration Developer in our Hughes Network Systems division. This position will be located at our headquarters in Germantown, MD.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and test ETL mappings to sync/move data between cloud/on-prem or cloud/cloud or on-prem/on-prem.
Work with various types of sources and targets while navigating through transformations to build optimized pipelines.
Work closely with business users and other application teams to understand requirements, create low and high level design docs, test plans and release notes.
Liaison with external vendor support related to Informatica

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical field and atleast 2 years of experience as ETL/DI developer.
1+ year of experience, SQL, PL/SQL and python or shell scripting.

Preferred skillset:

Detailed knowledge of pipelines, transformations, sources/targets, sessions, taskflows/workflows, logs and various types of connectors through PowerCenter or Informatica CDI.
Knowledge of salesforce especially salesforce object query language(SoQL)
Knowledge of BigQuery sql

Will be eligible for discretionary bonus, with funding based on company performance.
