Entry Level Manufacturing - First Shift

We provide a full range of solutions including lasers for precision industrial and scientific research applications, laser and LED measurement, beam profiling, precision motion control, optical tables and vibration isolation systems, photonics instruments, temperature sensing, opto-mechanical components, optical elements, and systems for flexible PCB laser processing, high-speed MLCC testing, and CO2-laser-based systems HDI PCB and IC substrate manufacturing. We are looking for an exceptional entry level Optics Cleaner 1 who will receive optical parts from fabrication, coating or quality and clean parts and substrates to prepare them for coating and fabrication processes. What you will do is:

• Review drawings and instruction to verify physical dimensions, cleaning methods and tooling
• Cleans parts using all processes according to instructions
• Completes and maintains proper records and cleaning logs
• Maintains an inventory of chemicals
• Maintains and understands usage of cleaning appropriate supplies
• Receives and cleans parts and substrates for coating and fabrication

• Ability to read and review drawings and instructions
• Excellent visual acuity with high attention to detail
• Must be able to read and write English, good verbal communication skills, and good manual dexterity.
• Works well independently and with a team or supervision. Ability to understand and follow required work instructions and procedures
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and communicate clearly.
• 1 year experience preferred but not required
