People Analytics Contractor (20-40 hours/week)

We are currently seeking a highly driven People Analytics Contractor to join our Human Resources team. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a world-renowned organization while assisting our highly strategic HR team. Enverus is the right company at the right time.

Final candidates will be asked to complete a project and presentation as part of the interview process. This position has a targeted start date of January 2025.

Performance Objectives

3+ years of experience in HR analytics, data analytics or data science with a strong emphasis on advanced Excel skills.
Fluency (mastery) in complex advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, LOOKUP functions, and macros.
Experience analyzing complex data sets and identifying data trends.
Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

3+ years experience in Data Analytics.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging advanced data analysis techniques to provide insights that enhance our talent acquisition processes.
This role requires extensive experience with advanced Excel functions, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively.
