Envestnet is seeking a passionate and talented Workplace Proposal Specialist to join our Sales team. This is a hybrid role, with in-office work required at our Berwyn, PA office location.

Job Summary:

The Proposal Specialist role acts as internal operational/sales support for Envestnet’s Workplace Sales efforts. The Proposal Specialist is responsible for assisting the Workplace Sales consultant teams with proposal creation support for Fiduciary Opportunities, including proposal development and delivery of all necessary onboarding documents to Financial Advisors and record-keeping partners.  Ensures all documents are in good order prior to submission for onboarding.  Maintains and updates all sales pipeline information for all open and closed opportunities in sales force. This position reports to the Head of Workplace Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly learn, understand, and present all Envestnet Workplace fiduciary products and workflows to ensure effective and efficient delivery of proposals to prospective clients and partners.
  • Support the Wealth Sales Consulting team on all new fiduciary sales efforts through recordkeepers, investment managers, financial advisors and ENV advisor sales channels.
  • Construct all proposal requests through the Workplace Solutions proposal tool, including investment mapping and new plan onboarding materials.
  • Responsible for ensuring all new plan onboarding is in good order and billing process is set up with recordkeeper.
  • Maintain Fiduciary Sales Support Marketing Collateral and work in conjunction with marketing to support outbound marketing campaigns, including updated approved funds lists and sample lineups with various Recordkeeper Partners.
  • Respond to literature requests and service issues.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline and closed sales in Salesforce and follow up as needed with sales partners.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field of study
  • 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to self-manage, with strong organization skills and an attention to detail
