Your Role and Responsibilities
This role requires a mix of business and technology skills to help clients achieve their energy and
sustainability outcomes through Envizi's award-winning technology platform. You will be hands-on both during and after the implementation process and will play a key role in supporting our clients to become fit for a sustainable future.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops and gather functional/business requirements from clients and partner
  organizations, and translating these requirements into appropriate solution designs.
• Scoping, design, configuration, testing and successful delivery of reporting solutions for clients
  and stakeholders.
• Analysis, cleansing and manipulation of large data sets, automating data loads and configuring
  our technology platform to support proper integration with other downstream/upstream
  systems.
• Perform data-loading activities related to system configuration in support of the
  implementation team
  Perform routine tasks and activities that are part of ongoing managed services we deliver to
  clients so that they optimize their use of the Envizi platform

Our team needs your innovative thinking and process-building to accomplish our ambitious objectives. You are not only open to new ideas but actively generating them. You are as comfortable standing in front of a whiteboard as digging through Excel data sets.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience leading software delivery and implementation – including requirements gathering, and customer training
• Strong data manipulation skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Extensive experience of hands-on data analysis.
• Extensive experience with Envizi

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Perform system health checks and assist with general configuration questions
• Collaborate with other support groups to ensure seamless problem resolution
• Track client activity utilizing various support tools
• Experience in crisis management and client interaction
• Ability to listen to clients and understand both situational and technical issues

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
