This job is a member of the Air Operations Recruitment Team. The Air Operations Recruiter Analyst position performs a variety of duties to aid in the hiring within the Air Operations Department.

  • Build relationships and partnerships with leaders at colleges, academies, and other aviation industry entities to network and support our recruitment programs
  • Communicate projected recruiting event schedules to internal and external teams
  • Work closely with the in-office recruitment team members to develop, implement and market the strategy for external recruitment events and programs
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries regarding all programs
  • Review and select applications
  • Responsible for overseeing Air Operations recruitment data analysis, bonus recovery analysis, and candidate quality
  • Generate reports and collaborate with various teams to ensure we are optimizing our resources
  • Collaborate to perform data and process analyses
  • Conduct HR interviews for candidates
  • Coordinate events for the team and work closely with the coordinators to ensure workgroups are appropriately staffed at events
  • Assists in recruitment administration as needed
  • Travel: 25-50%

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Statistics
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) databases
  • Keen eye for details and aptitude for working with data
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mind
  • Proven experience as a collaborative team player
  • 2 years of experience in recruiting
  • Proven event planning skills
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred
  • Understanding of 121 airline pilot requirements preferred

Preferred Qualification

  • At least 2 years of work experience in aviation
