Audio Visual / Video Conferencing Maintenance Tech Tier 2

EOS IT Solutions is a global technology and logistics company that provides Collaboration and Business IT Support services. We are looking for an Audio Visual Maintenance Technician Tier 2 to offer technical support for video conferencing equipment.

Skills

Technical support for AV/VC equipment.
Strong customer service skills.
Knowledge of Cisco and AV hardware.

Responsibilities

Provide support in video conferencing equipment.
Resolve issues related to in-room technology.
Commission retrofits and new builds.
Maintain accurate tagging and data entry of all tasks performed.
Initiate Cisco TAC cases and vendor RMA’s for equipment.

Education

Relevant technical certification or degree.
