EOS IT Solutions is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide technical support and maintain IT infrastructure. We prioritize customer satisfaction and quality service.

Skills

Advanced troubleshooting on macOS, Windows, Linux
Networking concepts
Knowledge of Google Meet and Chime

Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve IT support tickets
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
Provide remote and on-site technical support
Manage user accounts and permissions
Document technical processes
Collaborate with IT team members
Provide training and guidance to end-users

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
