Data Analyst

We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a focus on payments and success rate analytics. In this role, you'll use your expertise in Excel and data analytics to analyze payment data, monitor success rates, and provide insights that drive business performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze payment data to identify trends and areas for improvement in success rates, transaction volumes, and customer behavior
  • Utilize Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) to clean and analyze large datasets
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support decision-making across teams
  • Investigate payment data discrepancies and recommend improvements
  • Monitor payment system performance and report on success rates
  • Suggest improvements to enhance payment processes and user experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in payment analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.).
  • Experience in data analysis, particularly with payments or financial data.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of payment systems and transaction processing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with analytics tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
