Document issues as they arise and assess & report any impact caused.What You'll DoEpic Games is looking for an Information Security Threat Intel Analyst to help grow our threat intelligence capabilities. Working with various security tools, technologies and teams, you will help with the daily analysis and triage of intelligence related to Epic Games and the gaming and tech industries.In this role, you will• Use OSINT research and tooling to investigate top priority threats• Create clear and comprehensive reporting from investigative findings• Identifying and mitigating methods for account compromise and fraud• Track and monitor for trends and actors in the gaming cheat community• Work with various security tools, technologies and teams, to help with the daily analysis and triage of intelligence related to Epic Games and the gaming and tech industries• Investigate threats directed at Epic employees, offices, and eventsWhat We're Looking For• 5+ years of experience in threat intelligence, game security, or similar• Industry standard certification(s) such as: GOSI, GCTI, GCIH, Security+• Understanding /experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing information related to investigative cases• Understanding /experience with the preparation of reports for legal and/or law enforcement• Understanding /experience with using collection tools, analytics and standard culling techniques) to reduce the volume of potentially relevant data• Demonstrated experience with intelligence tools such as Threat Intel platforms, SIEMs, and visual analysis software (Maltego, i2 Analyst’s Notebook)• Leverage open-source intelligence (OSINT) data and information to identify threats to Epic Games or employees• Knowledge/ hands on experience with using Boolean logic, SQL, and OSINT based tools.• Experience with advanced Internet searches with emphasis on social media platforms.• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including report writing and technical documentationThis role is open to multiple locations (including WA).Pay Transparency InformationThe expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience.
