We are looking for an Enrollment Specialist to focus on our product, eProvider Solutions. Our eProvider Solutions (ePS) service line simplifies the transfer of electronic transactions between physicians, health care facilities and payers. With decades of experience in health care operations and management, our teams provide a single source claims management solution for our clients.
eProvider Solutions is seeking an experienced Enrollment Specialist II. Daily responsibilities will be supporting the Implementation team by completing payer enrollments and providing excellent customer support for our extensive healthcare related client list.
Responsibilities:
Develop, evaluate, implement, and maintain processes, policies, and procedures to ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to with regard to quality.
Prepare reports and dashboards related to department progress and strategic goals set by senior management.
Keep Manager apprised of any changes in enrollment requirements that may affect process or enrollment time, working closely with the Manager to continuously monitor department performance.
Motivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
Utilize continuous quality improvement processes to improve and maintain quality results.
Identify trends in all functional areas to allow for training, development, and continuous process improvement utilizing Lean tools and principles.
Participate in the development and implementation of objectives, short- and long-term planning and goals, and projects and programs that assist in the accomplishment of established goals.
Build solid relationships with trading partners and payers and act as a liaison between ePS and the payer through the entire enrollment process.
Assist with researching and maintaining payer connections
Acquire payer documentation and forms necessary for enrollment or programming
Complete payer enrollments for a variety of customers
Diligently follow-up on all enrollments that are submitted to drive them to closure
Strategically manage a portfolio of enrollments, prioritizing daily tasks to assist our clients in uncovering and closing revenue impacting opportunities.
Maintain a high level of business insight to deliver personalized business insights to all customers.
Think strategically about business solutions that are unique to each customer, creatively implementing solutions that drive process change.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
Must Haves:
Professional and Institutional (HCFA, UB, and ANSI 5010) insurance billing experience
Basic computer skills, (Office applications, email, online meetings, etc.)
Understanding of clearinghouse functions
Organized, detail-oriented individual capable of meeting short-deadline goals
Ability to prioritize the most important activities daily in order to maximize time spent on open items
Ability to adapt to increased workload
Strong written and oral communication skills
A team player who performs well independently and is strongly self-motivated
Ability to understand, analyze and interpret data to make organizational, planning and problem-solving decisions

With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 USD per hour/ in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
