Senior Business System Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and updating of MES Objects.
- Facilitates site implementation of enterprise systems by creating and communicating well-written documentation and presentations.
- Defines and re-engineers manufacturing applications processes by using appropriate methods and tools and partnering with process owners to understand requirements.
- Creates training material and provide training for user assistance and system usage.
- Manages Global Labelling System (GLS) -system upgrade roll out, system configuration, installation and operation support.
- Improve application / system efficiency and makes recommendations for implementation of new systems or necessary upgrades that will best meet customer and organizational requirements.
- Participation in cross functional teams to articulate site requirements, coordinate site testing (user acceptance test, system simulation test) and documentation.
- May lead multiple projects simultaneously, working with internal and external cross functional groups.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that visualize system data to provide actionable insights.
- Timely respond and resolve system issues reported by end users, issue escalation to global support team when necessary.
- Candidate required process at least Bachelor Degree in Information System /Computer Science or relevant.
- At least 8 years of working experience in Manufacturing environment with MES implementation and maintenance knowledge.
- Proficiency in MES platforms such as CAMStar will be an added advantage
- Knowledge and experience in business analytics using power BI tool.
- Understanding of Programming languages such as SQL, C# will be desirable
- Visualization Skills using platform like Power BI
