Executive Reporting Analyst (Career)

The Executive Reporting Analyst (Career) will provide design, content development, and execution for Global Technology communications to external and internal audiences across multiple channels and platforms. External audience engagement will focus primarily on creative presentation design (content and visuals) for external speeches and publications by executives. Internal audience engagement may include developing the Organization’s internal value proposition, driving consistent messages, and design execution throughout leadership and employee communications, and employee training. The individual will join a team that is part of the Global TechSec function, and will interact with technology leaders and other functions across Equifax including partnering with the Corporate Communications Team.

  • This position can be based in Atlanta, GA. This resource should be local to Atlanta and will be required to work from our One Atlantic location.

  • Corporate Return To Office expectations:  Onsite weekly requirements each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.

What you’ll do

  • Design and create content for reporting deliverables for multiple audiences including the Board of Directors, the CEO, and external regulators, anticipating their needs and translating technical and legal language into clear and relevant communications. 

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports for senior business leaders, CEO, senior leaders, and Business Unit Presidents, and the board. 

  • Create effective written and visual communication on behalf of executives. Reporting deliverables including status updates, regulatory reports, metric visualization, and employee communications. 

  • Partner and collaborate with internal teams to identify and gather reporting inputs in a streamlined and repeatable manner 

  • Gather accomplishments, risks, and metrics from program leaders and subject matter experts and assemble according to templates. 

  • Create reporting deliverables (slides, documents, and spreadsheets) including status updates, regulatory reports, metric visualizations, etc. 

  • Design and create new reporting templates and presentations for special initiatives.

What experience you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, technology, or similar field 

  • A minimum of 5 years professional experience providing project related reporting, metrics, and / or related business deliverables

  • A minimum of 3 years experience creating executive-level slides

  • Experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders

  • Experience translating complex/technical concepts into clear, relevant, and meaningful communications for non-technical audiences

  • Experience analyzing data and using data to tell a story

  • Technology domain knowledge, experience in a technical field, and/or experience in a highly regulated industry

  • Experience with Google Suite, especially Slides and Sheets

  • Good slide design taste and and high standards for quantitative accuracy
