Senior Associate, Corporate Strategy & Insights

The Senior Associate, Corporate Strategy & Insights will be supporting the Corporate Strategy & Insights team in providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and BU/COE leaders. You will be (a) running market and competitive research, (b) participating in strategic brainstorming and workshops, and (c) collaborating in the creation of materials and presentations for strategy discussions with the SLT and other leaders. You will work closely with the rest of the Corporate Strategy & Insights team, as well as with other members of the Business Units (Sales, Strategy, Marketing, Product Development, etc.) and Enterprise functions (Finance, Corporate Development, Data & Analytics, Technology, etc.)

This role reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and will be a hybrid workplace model offering the flexibility to work remotely as well as in our global corporate HQ building in Midtown! (This is not a fully-remote role)

What you’ll do:

  • Research and combine internal and external intel on macro, market, and competitive events and trends (e.g., emerging business models, new capabilities, traditional and non-traditional / emerging players, ongoing M&A activity), distill key insights

  • Contribute to working sessions with cross-functional internal (top, middle management) and external stakeholders to identify new opportunities: meeting logistics, facilitation, supporting materials for the meeting, follow-up material post-meeting

  • Support the Corporate Strategy & Insights team in running the annual Strategic Thinking & Planning process: meeting logistics, supporting materials for the meeting, follow-up material post-meeting

What experience you need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a strategic insights or analysis, market or competitive research, or consulting role

  • Ability to build trust and partnerships with leaders, peers and company officers through presentations, consulting and delivering clear insights

  • Project lead or management experience; capable of working in ambiguity

  • High degree of curiosity for innovation, seeking out improvement opportunities and finding new insights

  • Comfort managing multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously

  • Strong quantitative and problem solving skills

What could set you apart:

  • Prior experience working in a large corporation

  • Management Consulting, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Corporate Development experience

  • Corporate Strategy experience
