What you'll Do Sr. Director - Security Governance and Compliance will provide leadership across security governance and compliance initiatives. Responsibilities include:
Lead and execute security controls testing and monitoring activities to measure adherence to Equifax security requirements Partner with teams across Equifax to periodically review and update Equifax security policy and security requirements Lead initiatives to collect and review documentation evidencing adherence to security requirements in support of security compliance and regulatory requirements Partner with information security officers, security teams, and technology teams to drive remediation of known security issues Lead initiatives to conduct training on security policy and security requirements Maintain control mappings to industry standards and best practices Collaborate with multiple departments and cross functional teams Act as a point of contact for security policy and security requirement questions Provide counsel and support to the organization regarding security policy and security requirement implementation Provide reporting and trending information of identified security issues and risks to management Lead improvement, standardization, and automation of existing security governance and compliance processes Responsible for aspects of managing a team including setting goals and objectives, managing performance, and developing associates Assist the Security Governance and Compliance team in other tasks as required Must Haves:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Business or equivalent work experience. 8
yrs of experience in information security practices, methodologies and regulations (NIST, PCI-DSS, FISMA, and ISO 27001 ) 5
yrs of experience managing a team of analysts 3
yrs of experience performing assessments of information security programs
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
