As the Marketing Manager (Lifecycle) at SoulCycle, you’ll be at the heart of our communications strategy, shaping the brand voice across email, website, product descriptions, mobile push notifications, paid media, in-studio signage, and more. This role combines strategic campaign execution with copywriting expertise to engage, inspire, and grow our community. You will lead the creation, execution, and optimization of email communication and across channels, ensuring our messaging is impactful, on-brand, and tailored to our wellness-focused audience.

What You'll Do

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Lead end-to-end email campaign management, including building, testing, scheduling, and deploying emails to various customer segments, and conducting A/B tests on content elements to improve performance.
  • Write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned copy for email campaigns, website content, product descriptions, mobile push notifications, paid advertising, and in-studio signage to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Uphold and refine the company’s brand tone and style, ensuring that all communications reflect our wellness values and resonate authentically with our audience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive calendar for email and digital marketing initiatives to ensure a well-coordinated, timely approach to our communications.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics for email and digital marketing channels, sharing insights with stakeholders and refining strategies based on data-driven results.

Lifecycle Marketing & Automation

  • Develop and optimize automated workflows—such as welcome, onboarding, win-back, and retention sequences—to support a holistic, engaging customer journey.
  • Use behavioral and demographic data to define and implement targeted audience segments, ensuring content is relevant and impactful for each segment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with creative, design, product, and in-studio teams to create cohesive content that supports larger marketing initiatives, product launches, and seasonal campaigns, with a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Maintain organized documentation of processes and best practices

Qualifications

  • Creative and ambitious with 4+ years experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or content strategy
  • A proven copywriter across email, website, mobile, and advertising channels.
  • Proficient with email marketing platforms like Braze
  • Passionate about lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and automation.
  • Analytical and data-driven when it comes to content optimization.

How You'll Be Evaluated

3-6 months:

  • Contribute to annual marketing plans and own new and existing campaigns
  • Establish efficient workflows for campaign scheduling and management
  • Demonstrate mastery of brand voice across communication touchpoints
  • Contribute to the optimization of campaign performance through data analysis

6-12 months:

  • Take ownership of campaign development and new rider journeys.
  • Show initiative in identifying growth initiates that drive new ridership
  • Drive successful campaign launches with efficient project management.
  • Launch and manage campaigns and initiatives that drive deeper engagement amongst riders.

Pay Transparency: $95,000 - $105,000
