At Ken Garff we want to make sure our techs feel valued every day. Through the Ken Garff PRO TECH program, each technician has a unique opportunity for bonuses, special recognition, and career growth opportunities that they won’t find anywhere else.

Ken Garff PRO TECH offers five level classification that are based on tenure with the company and manufacturer training. Each level comes with a different floor rate, quarterly tool allowance bonuses, efficiency bonuses, quarterly gifts based on a technician’s level, as well as other rewards and recognition.
