Ken Garff PRO TECH offers five level classification that are based on tenure with the company and manufacturer training. Each level comes with a different floor rate, quarterly tool allowance bonuses, efficiency bonuses, quarterly gifts based on a technician’s level, as well as other rewards and recognition.
