(External) What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

2+ years distribution warehouse experience is preferred, but not mandatory

Must be able to be certified for all motorized equipment

All equipment operators must be able to pass the powered equipment training that is provided by Arbonne
-
Experience with bar code-based transactions using an RF gun
-
Overhead reaching and pulling may be required occasionally
-
Inventory Equipment Operators
-
Experience using an inventory-based warehouse management system, i.e., Oracle or similar system
-
Experience with cycle counting
-
Strong inventory/ auditing experience
-
Intermediate to advanced PC literacy to include Microsoft Excel and Word
-
Must be able to work in upper levels of the warehouse
-
Must be able to stand or walk for an 8-hour shift
-
Must be able to lift 20-25 lbs constantly
-
Must be able to lift 25-35lbs frequently
-
Must be able to lift 35-50lbs occasionally
-
50lbs or more requires a team lift which is minimal

(External) What You'll Be Doing:
- Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, RF guns, pallet jacks and other equipment for transport of inventory

Lifting and moving of inventory and boxes

Adhere to safety protocols

Ensure inventory in placed in correct location with required documents

Ensure that equipment is placed appropriately before loading and unloading them or turning them on and off.

Report any mistakes or issues to your supervisor

Ensure that areas are kept secure and clean

Carry out additional required tasks

Equipment Operator - First Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm)
Equipment operators are responsible for inbound/receiving of inventory, replenishment and transfers, as well as relocating product throughout the warehouse facility safely, with a sense of urgency.
