Employee will engage and enroll jobseekers for PA CareerLink® Services, specifically facilitated through an Opioid Crisis grant. This will include providing employment services and training access to Dislocated Workers impacted by the opioid crisis. In addition, guidance and case management while will be provided ensuring participants meet the goal of employment retention.
