Job Description and Requirements
Preserve Title is looking for an experienced resilient individual who will be responsible for handling all aspects of closing residential transactions. This position is for a Residential Escrow Officer which will manage real estate transactions from external partners and ensure the overall process is completed in a timely manner with great attention to detail.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Executing business development activities to acquire new (external) customers and maintaining those professional relationships
Reviewing title commitments as well as curative work in order to clear title
Understanding residential & commercial contracts.
Preparing Settlement Statements or Closing Disclosures per sales contracts and instructions from lenders
Preparing Closing Packages
Conducting real estate closings
Receipt of escrow monies and disbursements of files.

Requirements:
Skills and/or Certification/Licensing:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to resolve complex issues
Knowledge of The Texas Title Insurance Procedural and Rate Rules
Knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional transactions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, ability to work in a paperless environment
Able to be bonded for Escrow Officer License and Notary appointment
