Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Design and develop basic business process automation solutions using vendor provided robotic process/end-to-end automation software.
Develop efficient, well-structured business process automation solutions in accordance with best practice software development and information security standards.
Participate in Kaizen Process Improvement events to help identify inefficient manual processes that can potentially be automated.
Assist with Reviewing and analyzing business processes flows/diagrams to conceptualize processes as fully automated solutions.
Work collaboratively with operational and technical teams to deliver projects within expected time frames.
Use agile software development principles and practices to incrementally deliver working code to business stakeholders.
Thoroughly test and debug automated applications prior to Production implementation.
Assist with managing software releases in accordance with RBFCU Enterprise Technology Change Management policy.
Respond to day-to-day incidents that may arise for automated applications currently in Production and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. Associates Degree in Information Technology or a closely related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience with one or more Business Process Automation technologies or equivalent education.
Minimum 1 year experience C# .Net skills or equivalent education.
Minimum 1 year experience using MS Visual Studio or equivalent education.
Minimum 1 year experience using SQL or equivalent education.
Skills and/or Certifications and Licensing:
Good business process automation skills.
Good C# .Net skills.
Good communication, time management and organizational skills.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Proficient with SQL Developer Tools and Microsoft Office Software.
