Our culture grows with you.About The RoleEssity Professional Hygiene is looking to add a Commercial Training Manager to our Professional Hygiene business unit. In this role you will be responsible for the development and execution of programs, events and activities for commercial trainings. You will own the planning and driving of commercial capability building at local level. In doing so you will enable the sales force to implement the strategy and fully deliver on their priorities and targets.We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. If this is you, we’d love to talk.What You Will Do• Provide training and coaching regarding all aspects of products / concepts/services (internal and customers related).• Conduct local Training Need Analysis.• Be the link to the central commercial training team and the single point of contact for all commercial programs.• Responsible for preparing regional and local training plans, communication, and execution of all commercial programs.• Establish, lead, and coordinate the local training resources.• Customize global commercial programs: translation and localization – if needed.• Develop and deliver local commercial programs based on identified critical local needs.• Support the local embedment of all commercial programs.• Evaluate and follow-up, track progress and measure impact of programs.• Keep all local stakeholders updated regarding commercial training.• Co-travel with and coach sales force at customer visits.• Provide coaching to Sales Managers.• Continuously be updated within the field of learning.• Assess, select, and collaborate with local training vendors, if necessary.Who You Are• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in related field or Equivalent Experience• 4+ years of experience in training and/or sales• Demonstrated ability to influence sales managers and senior leaders within a region• Previously customized global training programs to meet the needs of local market• Conducted train-the-trainer sessions to enable local delivery of programs• Developed blended learning programs for commercial organizations• Owned the roll-out of commercial training programs and supported embedment locally• Utilized KPIs to track progress and measure impact of training programs• Ability to present in front of large groups• Comfortable presenting training materials to various audiencesAbout Our DEI CultureGuided by our Beliefs & Behavior, our culture is the foundation that connects our history with our future.
