Senior HR Ops Specialist

ESW is looking for a Senior HR Operations Specialist to enhance the employee experience and optimize HR processes. This role is essential in managing HR operations across multiple jurisdictions and ensuring compliance.

Skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding of new employees and ensure a positive experience
  • Provide mentorship on HR policies and procedures
  • Host HR induction across jurisdictions
  • Manage and maintain HR Systems and seek improvements
  • Support HR and Payroll functions with projects
  • Handle work permit visa requirements and compliance
  • Consult with employees on family leave requests

Education

  • Qualification in HR or related field
