Develop and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning solutions to enhance the Etsy marketplace. Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the development and implementation of Machine Learning projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement in the marketplace. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Machine Learning techniques and technologies. Design and architect scalable and efficient Machine Learning systems. Ensure the quality and reliability of the Machine Learning solutions through testing and debugging. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new engineering team members. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of the Machine Learning systems and make recommendations for improvements.
