What you will be doing
The primary objective of the role is to work pro-actively within the Account Services team and field enquiries from external financial advisers by telephone and email. The enquires will relate to investment management services such as DFM, MPS and AIM, so experience in the wealth management industry would be an advantage. Day to day tasks would include actioning the inbox by replying to IFAs and their teams about all aspects of their B2B relationship with Evelyn Partners including:
