Position Summary:
The Events Coordinator assists with all production, marketing and operation functions for Isagenix events. This position is responsible for pre-event planning and on-site coordination of such movements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
- Work with Events and key internal departments in the development and execution of an integrated event plan that supports Isagenix priorities and goals.

Partner with internal staff to plan events with the purpose of furthering associate relationships, enhancing brand messaging and/or a variety of additional internal goals to increase Isagenix growth & visibility.

Assist in creating and maintaining all channels of event communication for Isagenix events, both internally and externally.
- Assist in the execution of live streaming Isagenix events, including ticket sales, platform creation and logistics.

Assist in organizing on-site event registration logistics including set-up, staffing, and overall operation of attendee check-in

Assist in managing registration database, ticket tracking, etc.

Assist in the creation and budget management of event deliverables such as flyers, agendas, maps, program guides, swag, signage, etc.
- Support day-of event management and planning of event and vendor set-up, load-ins, and load-outs.

Continually evaluate effectiveness of events as they relate to overall return and goal and provide detailed analytics in each area.

Order and negotiate equipment and services from offsite vendors ensuring cost effectiveness and accuracy.

Provide regular updates and elevate important issues or situations as required to management.

Showcase the Isagenix brand through the managing of all event aspects and experiences.
- Stay abreast and understand industry trends that can improve or affect Isagenix events.
- Represent and serve as an event point of contact for Isagenix; Provide constant communication and answer general questions about events through multiple channels (email, phone, web, mail, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.

2 years of related event or project management experience.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional experience in network marketing or health & wellness industry.

Event planning and management certifications, such as CMM, CMP, CSEP, CPCE or related.
