GTM Database Manager

EvenUp is seeking a Go-to-Market Database Manager to own, grow, and enrich our CRM. This position will be the catalyst for all our go-to-market efforts including identifying new potential customers for EvenUp, segmenting and tiering those prospects, enriching the accounts so our teams can provide detailed and personalized outreach, and maintaining the accuracy of all our data. It’s a role that will require both creativity as well as some technical expertise to find and capture relevant data sources and create workflows at scale for a company in hypergrowth mode.

What you'll do:

  • Identify sources of new customers and develop method to collect, process, and enrich accounts for handoff to our sales and marketing teams

  • Manage and drive data governance across all databases supporting revenue functions, ensuring adherence to data quality standards and processes

  • Create processes and procedures for maintaining continuous data integrity, including updating, deduping, and cleaning data in our core CRM

  • Oversee strategy and project management for various data-driven CRM activities, including management of our data enrichment vendors, data enrichment strategy, and data governance

  • Develop and maintain data enrichment and validation framework prevent inaccurate data from being used by go-to-market team members

  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, focusing on providing solutions and delivering results to support revenue goals

  • Act as the point of contact for guiding cross-functional partners on data required for their reports and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and relevance

What we look for:

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, data-related functions, or equivalent roles within a Go-To-Market organization

  • Experience as a data owner, with a strong track record of driving data governance initiatives

  • Deep knowledge of data enrichment vendors like Zoominfo, Clay etc.

  • Experience and ability to scrape third-party websites or other data sources

  • Comfort with regression analysis and other complex statistical analysis methods

  • Prior working experience in fast-moving high-growth startup environment

  • A passion for data and a solid commitment to maintaining data integrity and quality

  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines across multiple teams and manage expectations effectively

  • Excellent execution and ability to drive work to completion, ensuring timely delivery of projects and initiatives
