Job DescriptionAs a Senior Data Analyst in the Analytics Center of Excellence, you will play a key role in deploying and configuring Oracle's HDI (Health Data Intelligence) Analytics Solutions for our clients. You will work closely with experienced consultants and project managers to ensure smooth and efficient implementations, enabling clients to leverage data for improved outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare technology and contribute to impactful projects.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related field.Skills:-Strong interest in healthcare technology and data analytics.-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work effectively in a team environment.-Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL.-Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.-Familiarity with cloud based applications.-Strong organizational skills.Attributes:-Motivated and eager to learn.-Detail-oriented and organized.-Ability to adapt to changing priorities.-Customer service focused.Preferred Qualifications:-Internship or work experience in healthcare technology or related field.-Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA).-Familiarity with Oracle products and technologies.ResponsibilitiesSolution Implementation Support:-Assist in the configuration and deployment of Oracle's HDI solutions based on client requirements.-Support data migration and integration processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.-Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure the solution meets client specifications.-Assist in the creation of implementation documentation and training materials.Client Collaboration:-Work closely with client teams to understand their workflows and requirements.-Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the implementation process.-Assist in delivering client training sessions on the use of Oracle's population health solutions.-Assist in gathering client feedback, and relaying that feedback to the senior consultants.Project Support:-Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.-Assist in tracking project progress and reporting on implementation status.-Support the development of best practices for solution implementation.-Work with Oracle health data intelligence tools.Learning and Development:-Continuously expand knowledge of Oracle's HDI solutions and healthcare industry trends.-Participate in training and professional development activities.-Work closely with senior consultants to learn best practices in solution implementation.Disclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour; from: $53,000 to $126,100 per annum.
