As a key player in managing EverPro Edge's operational processes within EverCommerce, you'll have opportunities for professional development and to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and retention.In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing product operations, managing and streamlining reward payment processes, and analyzing program data to drive improvements. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management and customer support, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication. Your primary objective is to enhance the product experience for EverCommerce's customers, enabling them to maximize their benefits while ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.Responsibilities:• Manage and optimize reward payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement to customers from various partners.• Analyze reward program data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and compile performance reports.• Collaborate with finance, development, partners, and customer service teams to maintain seamless operations.• Act as a liaison between Product Support and Product Management teams, communicating customer feedback and prioritizing support issues.• Research industry trends and best practices to enhance the reward program and support overall product strategy.• Assist in developing and tracking key performance metrics for reward programs and product launches.• Contribute to the design and implementation of efficient systems for processing reward payments from multiple partners.• Support customer advocacy efforts by gathering and analyzing feedback specific• Assist in communicating reward-related updates or issues to key stakeholders.Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:• 3+ years of experience in a product-related capacity• Product experience with the desire to grow your product skills• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data analysis and operational tasks• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and compile performance reports• Understanding customer needs and gathering feedback to improve customer experience• Skills in managing and optimizing processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate updates to stakeholders• Ability to research industry trends and best practices• Capability to align operational improvements with overall product strategy and prioritize improvement opportunities• Understanding of financial processes and reporting• Proficiency in product management and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Heap, Google Analytics)Where:The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 USD per hour/year in most US locations.
