Chez Visioglobe, nous développons et commercialisons en BtoB une solution de visualisation de plans d’espaces intérieurs (centres commerciaux, bureaux, hôpitaux, aéroports, etc…) pour les plateformes mobiles et web, et une solution d’édition de plans.

Intégrée depuis un an au groupe Everfield, Visioglobe bénéficie d’un soutien quotidien dans les processus et l’organisation de ses équipes, notamment de la force commerciale qui va se développer dans les prochaines années.

Descriptif du poste :

Aujourd’hui, dans le cadre d’un remplacement, Visioglobe recherche un Account Executive, qui devra également remplir des fonctions d'Account Manager.

Votre rôle dans le cycle de vente sera de gérer les relations avec les clients finaux et les partenaires intégrateurs, de créer des relations fortes de confiance avec les clients et les partenaires, afin de garantir le service de qualité que Visioglobe offre à ses clients depuis de nombreuses années.

Votre mission sera :

  • une fois la qualification effectuée par notre Sales Development Representative, vous prendrez le relais pour transformer les opportunités en clients ;

  • vous serez ensuite en charge de l’élaboration de l’offre commerciale, de la négociation et de la conclusion du contrat ;

  • vous devrez ensuite assurer la gestion courante de vos comptes clients : gestion après mise en production des projets, afin d'identifier les opportunités d’upsell et de maintenir une relation client dans le temps ;

  • vous serez sollicité pour contribuer à des reportings et des prévisions de vente sur vos comptes ;

  • dans la perspective de l’évolution de l’équipe de ventes de l’entreprise, vous serez impliqué dans l’évolution de la stratégie commerciale de l’entreprise ;

  • vous participerez à la qualification de nouveaux partenaires intégrateurs, pour explorer avec eux de potentielles opportunités et établir des contrats de partenariat.

Profil/Compétences :

  • Vous êtes diplômé d'une école de commerce.

  • Vous parlez anglais couramment.

  • Vous avez une première expérience réussie dans un poste d'Account Manager en BtoB, idéalement chez un éditeur de logiciels.

  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans l'utilisation d'un CRM type Hubspot.

  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec des processus commerciaux structurés et les flux de vente, à savoir : maîtrise des étapes de prospection SDR, transfert Account Executive, et gestion des différentes phases du cycle de vie client.

  • Vous avez de l’expérience en présentations/démos de solutions SaaS en visio, suivi de prospects, et tâches de relances clients régulières.

  • Vous êtes curieux, ou vous avez un profil technique dans l’informatique ; vous connaissez le monde du développement de logiciel, les mots SDK et API vous parlent.
