What you will do:

  • Providing services to a variety of clients by answering support queries via our helpdesk  

  • Working proactively with the team to effectively manage open cases and responding within agreed timescales  

  • Analyzing software requirements and communicating with the team about system change requests and/or errors  

  • Creating test cases based on requirements, executing test cases after improvements are done 

  • Maintaining solution documentation, updates 

  • Training end-users on demand 

What we are looking for:

  • IT aptitude: productivity software (MS Office, Gmail), logical and mathematical reasoning, analytical skills  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening skills  

  • Fluency in English, Latvian and/or Russian is required

  • Interest and ability to find programming mistakes  

  • Precision and a strong sense of responsibility  

  • Ability to formulate precisely tasks and assignments for team members defining priorities

  • Good time management skills
