What you will do:
Providing services to a variety of clients by answering support queries via our helpdesk
Working proactively with the team to effectively manage open cases and responding within agreed timescales
Analyzing software requirements and communicating with the team about system change requests and/or errors
Creating test cases based on requirements, executing test cases after improvements are done
Maintaining solution documentation, updates
Training end-users on demand
What we are looking for:
IT aptitude: productivity software (MS Office, Gmail), logical and mathematical reasoning, analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening skills
Fluency in English, Latvian and/or Russian is required
Interest and ability to find programming mistakes
Precision and a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to formulate precisely tasks and assignments for team members defining priorities
Good time management skills
