The Finance team plays a critical role in shaping the future and strategy of the company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers. We are a small and highly visible team, interfacing directly with executive leadership on a regular basis to provide guidance on all key initiatives for the organization.The Senior Finance Manager, reporting to the CFO, will work closely with business partners across the organization to develop and refine various business models and provide critical analyses for the company’s upcoming and rapidly expanding initiatives. This position will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring the long-term financial health of Everly Health. What You'll Do:• Partner with the CFO, finance & accounting teams, and the broader executive team to develop the company's medium to long-term financial and strategic plan.• Drive process and work closely with senior leadership for annual budget, quarterly and monthly financial forecasts, and ongoing analysis of actuals versus plan.• Provide financial analysis and feedback to support the evaluation of investment opportunities, new strategic initiatives and potential business development activities.• Build relationships with senior management team and support them with in-depth and actionable insights to build deep knowledge of current developments in the business• Act as the go-to Finance Business Partner to our Corporate and Business Leaders• Support CFO and Finance Leadership with the creation of Board of Directors materials, investor communications and the due diligence and execution of strategic opportunities• Manage and lead board & executive level reporting of financial results & key performance indicators (KPIs) while constantly identifying opportunities to improve quality & efficiency• Lead monthly close process by partnering with accounting and adhering to corporate finance/accounting guidelines to ensure timely and accurate close• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Who You Are:• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in strategic finance, financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or related discipline, MBA preferred.• Healthcare experience a plus.• Experience partnering with enterprise sales team and forecasting revenue.• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.• Financial systems experience preferred (Netsuite, Workday, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Tableau, Hyperion).• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with strong interpersonal skills and superb teamwork.• Unwavering integrity with a high degree of personal responsibility.• Experience with SQL, Looker, business intelligence/database tools and e-commerce a strong plus.• Ability to work with and derive business decisions from large data sets.The base salary range for this role is $150,000-$170,000 based on the selected candidate's qualifications, market data/ranges, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for a yearly bonus.
