Logistics Sales Manager (CN to EU)

We are creating a new Team in China and currently seeking a talented: Logistics Sales Manager (China to Europe)

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects focused on the China & EU markets.
  • Actively search and engage new customers to drive business growth.
  • Maintain and manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and evaluate market trends, opportunities, and potential clients to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans, including market analysis, customer targeting, and setting sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional international teams;
  • Monitor and analyze project performance, highlighting areas for improvement or potential risks.
  • Travel to business meetings: prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of Everwest's services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Solid understanding of the CN market, logistics operations, and industry trends (European market - advantage).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships;
  • Previous experience working with CRM and other sales tools;
  • Multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Chinese, and English; knowledge of other (RUS) languages is a plus.

We offer:

Base monthly salary: 13000 CNY - 19,500 CNY brutto + quarterly bonus system.

Depending on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the position's requirements are able to consider different salary ranges
