Pharmacy Data Analyst

Evio Overview

Evio is an independent pharmacy solutions company that works with health plans to transform the medication experience for everyone: patients, providers, and the system at large.

In 2020, a group of five amazing health plans recognized that despite the miracles that medications can deliver every day, the way medications get to patients is in need of reform—rapidly rising costs and inefficient system complexities have proven detrimental to patients and the industry alike. Each company made a significant investment to establish Evio to lead this transformation.

Unlike nearly any other startup, we started with the opportunity to serve more than 20 million of our customers’ members—nearly all of whom will take medications at some point. This enables a larger scale of data and resources—and a higher bar to get it right. We are structured to be independent and maintain a long term and transformational perspective. We are building our team, vision, and solutions as such.

Evio is shaping a new medication experience, focused primarily on specialty and other high-cost medication solutions across the value chain. Specialty medications account for most of the medication spent for health plans and patients alike and are typically used to treat complex or chronic medical conditions. Evio has high-powered analytics and contracting capabilities at scale to power our integrated specialty medication solutions. Our solutions to reimagine the medication value chain include:

  • Data and Analytics at Scale - Proprietary Real-World Evidence (RWE) to help Evio's health plan customers and local providers understand which medications create the best outcomes for specific groups of patients.
  • Innovative Contracting at Scale - Innovative direct purchase business models with pharmaceutical manufacturers leveraging Evio Real-World Evidence to increase transparency, streamline delivery of care to patients, and lower total cost of care.
  • Inform and Navigate - Technology-enabled education to help patients and providers discern RWE-informed medication choices and sites of care.
  • Verify Outcomes - Proprietary Evio Engage platform to collect data from providers and utilize it for longitudinal patient tracking, analysis, and validation.

Evio's Values

  • Empathy – The people our business serves always come first. We care for our teammates and put ourselves in the shoes of our health plan customers and the patients and clinicians our solutions benefit.
  • Diversity – We are committed to fostering a culture where everyone belongs and is valued for their background, experience and insights – one that encourages diversity of ideas, and is a nurturing, trusting, and accepting place for all.
  • Adventure – We are flexible, thrive in ambiguity, fail fast, and pivot quickly to get to a better answer. We celebrate wins and pivots with equal intensity.
  • Relentless – Guided by evidence and data, we are creative, curious, and unwavering in our pursuit of challenging the status quo and each other.
  • Transparency – Just as we seek to bring transparency to the pharmacy supply chain, authenticity and integrity are core to the way we communicate.
  • Excellence – We strive to raise the bar in all we do by hiring and developing exceptional talent and holding ourselves and our thinking to the highest standard.
