Director, Portfolio Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and driven Director, Portfolio Marketing to lead the development and execution of Evolus’ portfolio strategy. This role requires a strategic mindset and strong communication skills to drive growth across Evolus’ portfolio of products and programs.The ideal candidate will be a proven leader who thrives in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment and can deliver quick and impactful results by effectively engaging and influencing leaders across the organization. This role will report to the Executive Director, Professional Marketing.Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:• Develop differentiated messaging and positioning that can be easily and consistently communicated across all channels (sales tools, customer presentations, marketing materials, etc.).• Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional projects to reinforce Evolus’ value proposition.• Responsible for all downstream marketing activities required to drive growth within National Accounts and other Key Accounts.• Partner with sales, marketing, and other departments to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with National Accounts and Key Accounts by conducting routine field visits and attending customer events.• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Leader:• 7+ years in sales or marketing.• Experience successfully selling a portfolio of products.• Aesthetic experience including a sales/marketing role required. Expected to bring a deep understanding of the aesthetic injectable market.• Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated track record of building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organization skills.• Flexibility & ability to successfully navigate ambiguity and succeed in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities.• Bachelor’s degree required.A Few Other Items Worth Mentioning:• Office location – Newport Beach, CA• This position reports directly to the Executive Director, Professional Marketing• Travel will be requiredCompensation & Total Rewards:The expected pay range for this position is $201,600 to $230,000. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.We offer more than just a paycheck, and your base salary is just the start!
