Position Overview
We’re on the search for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our HRBP team! As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide administrative support to three HRBP Practice Leaders (2 VPs & 1 Sr. Director). This is a unique role as you will support the leaders of the HRBP community that partner with Autodesk Executives across all departments. HRBP Leaders are focused on the development and execution of divisional talent and overall business strategies.

The ideal candidate is flexible, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and is not afraid of making recommendations to create better ways of working. This position requires initiative, tact, and independent judgement to pro-actively address potential problems and ensure an efficiently functioning team. We are looking for someone who provides administrative support to senior executives and acts as a facilitator and liaison, handling details of a highly confidential and critical nature. Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner Practice Leads (2 VPs & 1 Sr Director), including complex calendaring, planning, arranging travel and creating expense reports.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, internal departments, and outside parties, including high-level contacts of a sensitive nature.
  • Partner with other EAs to coordinate between executives and manage tradeoffs and prioritization.
  • Partner closely with the HRBP Program Manager to align on operating rhythm and cadences across the HRBP and PPL organizations.
  • Schedule, plan and coordinate team events, meetings and multi-day offsites, including organizing logistics, on-site amenities, and activities.
  • Maintain email aliases, distribution lists and shared directories.
  • Create presentations on behalf of your leaders or HRBP community, including onboarding materials, presentation materials, etc.
  • Work with Accounts Payable to ensure department bills are paid promptly. Serve as point person for departmental purchases on behalf of your executives.
  • Provide staff meeting support, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and distributing meeting minutes and presentations, track action items, and communicating status.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects

Minimum Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years’ experience providing administrative support for senior-level executives.
  • Has worked in fast-paced environments that require strong multitasking skills and time management.
  • Willing to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and new processes and responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Mac, and Windows operating systems, and related business applications such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Team player who is results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to events or internal meetings, locally and internationally, as needed.

  • Can successfully manage multiple priorities—You know how to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously and can communicate your own timeline and workload to your partners.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $72,800 and $117,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
