Executive Assistant maintains official company records and executes administrative functions and policies determined by or in conjunction with the President. Executive Assistant works with confidential and privileged information and is required to maintain the confidentiality of both written and verbal information and their sources. In addition, as an employee of YAP, Inc., the Executive Assistant will assume an active role in participating in the agency’s quality improvement activities.
Executive Assistant will be required to travel.
1. Manage calendar and independently schedule appointments
2. Screen calls and correspond/respond when possible
3. Prepares memorandums for supervising workers outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies
4. Acts as a custodian company documents and records and maintains confidentiality of the same
5. Prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents
6. Creates and maintains databases, spreadsheets, and files. Tracks and monitors all activities and projects initiated by leadership.
7. Attends, participates in, and documents management meetings and maintains records and confidentiality of the same.
Pay: up to $28.00
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's or Associates Degree is highly preferred. High School Diploma or Equivalent with certification from a two-year college or technical schools or 4 to 5 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
