The Job:
As an Executive Assistant , you'll be part of our Tools & Outdoor (T&O) team, supporting our Chief Operating Officer and President of Tools & Outdoor.
Provides executive support including, but not limited to the following:

Manages calendar and high volume of meeting requests
- Arranges complex domestic and international travel plans and create detailed itineraries
- Submits expense reports on behalf of the executive in a timely manner
- Serves as a delegate in multiple approval systems
- Works as a partner with the executive team, anticipating needs and gaps
- Coordinates large-scale global (virtual and in-person) meetings, events, and communication sessions with various types of media
- Proactively manages departmental business rhythm planning ensuring that all core business meetings are scheduled with logistics and other pre-meeting requirements identified and addressed accordingly
- Works with a broader administrative team, serving as a resource ordering office supplies, managing office flow, mailing and shipping, preparing and running meetings, and effectively communicating through a multi-tiered organization.
- Continually identifies opportunities to streamline functional activities while enabling the Executive to focus on the strategic and business initiatives rather than function logistics.
- Able to troubleshoot technical difficulties in the office and during meetings to guarantee optimal working performance
The Person:

- Degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, preferably supporting an executive within a global company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency using PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Microsoft Teams and Zoom)
- Excellent analytical, time-management, and project-management skills
- Proactive nature with a strong say/do ratio
- Superb interpersonal skills and working in a complex, matrixed organization
- High degree of attention to detail while also being tenacious with execution are critical elements to success in the role
- High degree of confidentially and professionalism
- The successful candidate will exhibit the leadership qualities of stretch, boundaryless & speed with a high degree of accountability.
