About the Role:
The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant who will provide executive administrative support to one or more Senior Officers, including support of any board or committee on which the Officer may support. The Executive Assistant will proactively anticipate the executive’s needs and utilize decision making skills to meet changing business needs and has developed specialized skills through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
You Will:

Serves as the lead administrative contact for the Senior Officer’s office. Provides day to day administrative operations such as managing meetings, calendars, travel, events, and conferences for Bank and System activities. Independently handles confidential information and uses judgment in the dissemination of information.

Drafts communications, prepares reports, and creates presentations. Provides editing and proofreading support. Reviews correspondence on behalf of the Executive. Communicates directives to internal and external contacts with tact and diplomacy. Follows up on the status of assignments.

Completes special projects for senior leadership as requested. Provides data analysis and support for projects and assignments, including District, System, and external requests. May provide weekly or monthly reporting to internal and external stakeholders as needed.

May proactively lead internal or external workgroups. Provides back up or assistance to other Executive Assistants.

May provide limited budget support which includes preparing monthly accruals and reports, performing monthly verification, tracking of invoices and basic contract administration.
You Have:
-
Minimum education requirement of associate degree.
-
Minimum of 6 years of experience providing similar admirative support.

Ability to work effectively with or without direction; does not require close supervision.

Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality and make decisions where precedents may not be established.

Ability to handle multiple tasks with high degree of attention to detail, handle frequent interruptions, set priorities, and adapt quickly to changes.

Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements.

Notes:
This position may be filled at various levels based on candidate's qualifications as determined by the department.
This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. For this specific role, 3 days per week of work can be conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
