About The Role

Magnite is looking for a seasoned executive to oversee the company’s marketing efforts across the EMEA, and APAC regions. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the VP of Marketing International will grow and lead a high-performing team in the UK, Australia, and Singapore while partnering closely with marketing colleagues in North America and senior sales leaders worldwide. The individual will shape our regional go-to-market (GTM) strategy and develop programs that connect with our clients and accelerate growth.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead and mentor our regional marketing leads as they evaluate the needs of the sales organization and develop campaigns and activations to meet them.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior sales leaders and country managers to define the marketing strategy and communicate expectations.
Collaborate with peers in Americas marketing, corporate marketing, and product marketing to ensure cross-functional teams are on the same page.
Define and own the international marketing budget, and ensure your team’s adherence to it.

What We are Looking For

A London-based B2B marketing executive with 15 or more years of experience, ideally in advertising technology or connected television (CTV)
Strong understanding of EMEA, and APAC markets. Proficiency in one or more European languages is a major plus.
Experience managing and mentoring a geographically distributed team.
Ability to manage relationships with senior sales leaders.
Comfort with working in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
Strong speaking and communications skills.
