Being an Executive Assistant at iManage means…
You will be working directly with our Chief Executive Officer to help bring organization to the busy schedules of our team. You will provide invaluable support to our CEO while interacting with various departments and leaders across the company as well as with member companies and external partners. You will bring your strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet multiple deadlines across our global team.
You will help to drive improvements and build more capacity for our leadership team to tackle our business priorities. You will manage multiple tasks across our leadership team with your advanced planning and communication experience. You will operate with flexibility and composure in our team environment and build strong relationships both inside and outside of our Executive team.
This position will be expected to be on-site in our Chicago headquarters two times per week (on average but can change based on priorities) to best support our team.
