An education software company is seeking an Executive Assistant to assist the CEO and join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing C-level support in a fast-paced setting, acting as a gatekeeper to the CEO, and providing extensive calendar management, expense management and travel arrangements. The qualified candidate will exhibit excellent time management, logistics planning, organization, and attention to detail to ensure flawless execution of multiple projects; be self-motivated with exceptional communication skills, thoroughness, and impeccable work ethic; and exhibit an ability to always be a step ahead, anticipate needs, and multi-task under pressure.
