Description:
This Executive Assistant opportunity will work to support Medica’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Clinical Officer and will have a variety of responsibilities ranging from calendar management, event planning, preparing executive documents, and will also be cross trained for Board of Directors support.
Additional Key Accountabilities may Include:
This collaborative position will work out of our Minnetonka, MN office and will have the opportunity to partner with other administrative professionals across the organization.
Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor and sound judgement with discretion while managing sensitive or confidential information.
