We are a full-service marketing company that produces postcards, brochures, business cards, graphic design, webpages, and more! We are looking for an Exec Assistant for our COO!

Our COO, has been with PostcardMania for 20 years!!! We are looking for the perfect person as his Executive Assistant. Among the many things that he needs help with are some medium and large-scale projects, some every day admin tasks, organizing, and implementing new processes and helping with personal errands.

We are looking for someone that is a self-starter and can help keep extra traffic off of his plate. He is looking for a right-hand man to help him manage the largest portion of our company!

We are looking for that awesome someone who we can keep forever and grow with the company.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High level of communication, no back off on talking to customers or other staff
• Good knowledge of computers, including working confidently with Word and Excel
• Detailed oriented
• Fast learner
• Creative
• Executes planning effectively, not afraid to follow up to gain compliance to executive orders.

WORK HOURS

This a full-time office position, Monday – Friday from 8-5 pm with an hour for lunch.

Pay is based on experience
