Executive Assistant to the CIO

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for an Executive Assistant to the CIO for our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities

    • Partner with the CIO to complete administrative tasks, communication, change management, calendar management, coordinate action items, coordinate travel and support general administrative responsibilities.
    • Facilitate and advise communication between C-Level, all Direct Reports, and organizational leaders to provide improved team performance.
    • Coordinate activities across the IT senior leadership team to ensure seamless business continuity and operational stability.
    • Identify gaps in IT and Cross-Department processes and help to drive change and provide delightful customer experience.
    • Demonstrate leadership by building relationships within IT and across the organization to help deliver company and department objectives.

Qualifications

    • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least three (3) years of experience in an Executive Assistant role using the required position skills.
    • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks or projects seamlessly with excellent diligence and within timeframes.
    • Forward looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities, proposes solutions, and anticipates needs.
    • Strong people skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
    • Understands and supports company strategic initiatives and business drivers.
    • Demonstrates ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced and high stress environment.
    • Leadership skills, including a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
