Synopsys is seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to provide administrative support for our SVP of Engineering.
Responsibilities:

Plan and execute critical meetings, establishing agendas, coordinating meeting logistics and follow up with attendees and proactively resolving conflicts.

Plan and coordinate international and domestic business travel, assuming responsibility for planning the itinerary and ensuring requirements are met.

Prepare expense reports and maintain supporting documentation.

Consolidate and prepare information and presentations, with great attention to detail, accuracy and quality, using Microsoft Office suite of tools.

Plan and execute departmental meetings, working lunches, events and off sites, anticipating logistical requirements, monitoring event costs and ensuring timely delivery of all requirements.

Prioritize and execute preparation of budgetary information, staff communications, information requests and document maintenance.

Update content on department collaboration sites as required. Coordinate approvals and tracking of outside services using Serengeti system.

Maintain the utmost discretion and professionalism while dealing with staff at all levels of the organization.

Attends staff meetings and tracks action items.

Assist with new hire support and on-boarding logistics.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience required.

A minimum of 10 years of professional administrative experience providing support at an executive level.

Highly proficient knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to remain flexible and positive in a dynamic and fast paced environment that spans multiple time zones.

Able to multi-task and maintain professionalism while working with a variety of confidential information.

Program management experience is a plus but not required.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $52,000-$91,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
