The Legal Support Services department provides lawyers with a high level of practice group support and is involved in the day-to-day management of clients and matters.

What will your day look like?
As an Executive Assistant, you will perform the duties and responsibilities of a Legal Practice Specialist for an assigned group of lawyers. You will manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the firm. You will accurately maintain a daily calendar of meetings and events and communicate with teams across the firm to plan meeting details. You will prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents and distribute reports on a regular basis. You will arrange travel and accommodations for executives and prepare expense reports.
You will handle extensive direct interaction with clients and outside business contacts and handle oversight of client billing matters. You will screen incoming telephone calls, take and deliver accurate messages, and respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff. You will also draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, meetings, retreats, etc. and prepare and manage presentation material, decks, and handouts. You will organize complex calendars and schedules and resolve any scheduling issues.
